MINDFULNESS AND WORKSHOP SKILLS

I develop and conduct mindfulness and “De-Stress” workshops for a variety of ages including middle schoolers, adolescents and young adults.

The “De-Stress” Workshops and “Mindful Practices for Teens” are aimed at calming the mind and body, and increasing focus and awareness. They will learn how to use effective tools to manage stress levels and the difficulties of adolescence

These workshops are appropriate for all ages – from transitioning into middle school through graduating high school. These all-level classes are helpful for those who have experienced a traumatic event, or who are going through a transition. Mini-workshops are also available to schools.

Specialties include:

  • Somatic Experiencing (SE),
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFT)
  • Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
